Bernstein is bringing IP protection into the digital age by allowing innovators to secure their ideas, designs and inventions in just a few clicks. Leveraging the Bitcoin blockchain as a public registry, in just a few minutes, companies and individuals can create certificates proving their rights over any digital asset, worldwide, without having to disclose the information to anyone, not even Bernstein itself.
Among our first 40 paying customers are global companies such as Nokia, the Bundesanstalt for Materialforschung und -prüfung, startups from around the world and disruptive law firms - and we are now looking for entrepreneurial minds to grow the team and our market!
As an entrepreneur in residence in a small but growing team, you're on the fast track to a leadership position. From day one you carry responsibility and support the founders with strategic and operational projects through various tasks and business sectors. Hereby a creative, result orientated working style, ability to handle responsibility, analytical thinking, and "learning by doing" are vital.
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Spur the growth of the business by implementing new and effective strategies
Conducting researches to fulfil customers’ needs and to also identify new markets
Develop and implement effective and highly scalable processes.
Support us in building and maintaining an excellent team.
Assist in the promotion of the company’s services
Building rapport with customers
You'll work in direct contact with the founders, with your main points of contact being Marco, the CEO, and Jean-Maxime, the head of business.
You are a business student or from a related study field in your final years and have already gained some practical experience, ideally in sales or marketing
You are a creative, curious and analytical problem solver with a talent for business development.
You are a structured, well-organized and independent worker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a getting-things-done attitude.
You have strong written and verbal German and English skills.
You are fearless in the face of uncertainty and have the guts to disrupt an industry that has been thriving on inefficiencies for much too long.
This is a full-time on-site role at our side in our brand-new office in the heart of Munich, in front of Stachus. As this is a key team role, remote work is not possible.
