As Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are at the forefront of our sales team and are an elementary part of our growth strategy. You will support the team throughout the entire sales cycle from pre-qualification to completion with the following tasks:
Building relationships to establish an active dialogue with customers
Coordination of new customer requirements with management to systematically identify potential for new customer groups
Identification of the ideal customer and corresponding decision makers
Development and implementation of lead generation strategies
Close exchange with the marketing team to optimize lead quality
You are rhetorically competent and keep your cool under pressure
You're confident about your social and communication skills
You are empathetic, enthusiastic and authentic
You're interested in startups and would like to take on responsibility
You are a structured, well-organized and independent worker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a getting-things-done attitude.
You have strong written and verbal German and English skills.
This is a full-time on-site role at our side in our brand-new office in the heart of Munich, in front of Stachus. As this is a key team role, remote work is not possible.
