Our Policies

IP Leveraged collects only relevant personal information to provide customized, efficient experiences. All data processing follows EU Regulation (EC) No 45/2001. Children under 18 require parental consent; unauthorized children's data may be deleted.

What Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

PII includes information traceable to specific individuals, such as names, emails, phone numbers, and payment data. Registration may require name, email, and location. Credit card information is processed through third-party partners only and is never stored on Bernstein servers. In the event of compromised PII, we will notify affected users promptly.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Server logs record browser details (IP address, type, language, screen size, timestamps) for aggregated usage statistics. Cookies store preferences and track usage trends in aggregate form.

How We Use Your Information

PII is not shared with third parties. Internal use includes sales, HR, marketing, and administration. Third-party administrative service providers and payment processors may receive shared information under their own privacy policies. Non-identifiable information generates statistics for enhancement purposes and may be provided to contractors in aggregate only.

Notifications

Users receive communications via email, text, voice, postal mail, account messages, or website notices. Notification settings allow opt-outs, though this may reduce service effectiveness. System emails and legal notices remain mandatory.

Transfer of Data

Data transfers to third parties require advance notice or permission, except when required by law for illegal activity investigations or legal proceedings. Law enforcement, administrative authorities, and finance authorities receive mandatory disclosures. Company transfers include customer information with relevant business divisions. All transfers comply with this policy and applicable data protection law.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect against unauthorized access and disclosure, though complete security cannot be guaranteed. Users assume risk when providing PII.

Modification of Privacy Policy

Bernstein reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of changes.
